NECA Education & Careers provides training to the electrical industry from Pre-Apprentices through to qualified electricians. As a not-for-profit organisation owned by NECA , NECA Education & Careers has been operating as a vocational electrical trade school for over 30 years.

A Registered Training Organisation (RTO), NECA Education & Careers has a team of highly experienced trainers, with all electrical teachers qualified A Grades. Classrooms in the Carlton North campus (and Dandenong from 2023) are purpose-built, including equipment for solar, data and communications, and home automation.
